Chelsea is among the best students in her level. She always seems to know the right answers. She has a positive influence on class activities. She is showing interest and enthusiasm for the things we do. However, she needs to be brought back to attention and refocused often as she gets quite excited at times. I think that if she keeps up the good effort she has been making, she will improve consistently over time. I appreciate the work that she is doing, and I know she will do better.
