Assignment accomplished.
For the first 45mins of our 2hrs duty, Princess dutifully performed her duty, passing out pocket calendars to generous donors. But once she spies her favorite adult friend, Joanne appearing to give some support, her playful self emerged.
It was then off to some ice-cream and arcade fun break with Joanne for the Little Princess. =)
Prince made a guest appearance for the last 30 minutes of our volunteer duty, and together with Daddy, did some Christmas Kettling.

Through this stint, the hope is for the kids to appreciate the above timeless statement, and also to hopefully encourage the spirit of community work in them.
This kettling volunteer work would be a yearly family event for us, to do some bonding while doing our very small part for the poor and needy.
